Mixed Greens and Fruits

  • 5 ounces mixed greens
  • 1 pint fresh strawberries
  • ½ cup grape tomatoes

Nuts and Cheese

  • ½ cup walnuts halves and pieces
  • 2 ounces feta cheese crumbled

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Prepare ingredients by rinsing and draining the tomatoes, strawberries and greens. Slice or halve the strawberries as preferred.

Assembly

  • Arrange the greens on a plate or bowl. Layer with strawberries, walnuts, tomatoes and cheese.
  • Serve with balsamic vinaigrette or salad dressing of your choice.
