Ingredients
  

Pizza Dough

  • 2 cups all purpose flour plus more for dusting
  • 1 envelope Fleischmann’s® RapidRise® Instant Yeast
  • 1.5 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • cup warm water warm but not hot
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil

Topping

  • 3 tablespoon olive oil for brushing
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon fresh thyme
  • 2 oz prosciutto slices
  • 6 oz burrata chunks
  • 2 handfuls arugula
  • ½ juice lemon freshly squeezed
  • 0.25 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon cracked black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon honey for drizzling

Instructions
 

Pizza Dough

  • In a large bowl, whisk together 1 cup of flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
  • Mix in the warm water and oil using a wooden spoon.
  • At this point the dough will be VERY wet. Mix in another cup of flour until it becomes a shaggy dough.
  • Dump the dough onto a floured surface and knead for about a minute, dusting with flour as needed.
  • Shape into a ball and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  • Combine 3 tablespoon olive oil, garlic, oregano, and thyme in a small dish and set aside.

Topping

  • Preheat the oven to 425F.
  • After 10 minutes, the dough should have puffed up slightly.
  • Cover a pizza pan with parchment paper and lightly dust with flour.
  • Place the dough on the parchment and press it into a 12-13 inch circle.
  • Brush the dough with the herby oil and top with prosciutto.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until puffed and golden.
  • Top with chunks of burrata.
  • Toss arugula in lemon juice, crushed red pepper, salt, and pepper, then sprinkle on top.
  • Drizzle with honey, slice, and serve!
