Ingredients
  

Fruit and Vegetables

  • 2 medium ripe pears diced
  • 0.5 cup celery thinly sliced
  • 0.5 cup seedless red grapes halved

Other Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons walnuts finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lemon yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 0.125 teaspoon poppy seeds

Pitas

  • 20 miniature pita pocket halves
  • lettuce leaves

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, combine pears, celery, grapes and walnuts.
  • In another bowl, whisk yogurt, mayonnaise and poppy seeds. Add to pear mixture; toss to coat.
  • Refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight.
  • Line pita halves with lettuce; fill each with 2 tablespoons pear mixture.

Notes

These pitas are great for gatherings and can be prepared ahead of time.
