  • 2.5 cups frozen peaches see note
  • 1 banana
  • 0.25 cup plain unsweetened yogurt
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • Add ingredients to blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into 3 glasses and garnish with granola, yogurt or fresh peaches.

Notes

If using fresh peaches, it's best to par-freeze them first. For store-bought frozen peaches, the smoothie may be lighter and less sweet. This recipe can be made dairy-free with non-dairy yogurt or by omitting it. Adjust thickness by adding more almond milk or additional peaches or yogurt as needed.
