  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 16 ounce salsa chunky salsa recommended
  • 1 can Rotel
  • 20 ounce Velveeta cut in cubes
  • 8 ounce cream cheese cut in cubes
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Brown the ground beef in a large skillet. Make sure to drain off any grease.
  • Stir in the chili powder, salt, and pepper. Mix in the Rotel, salsa, cream cheese, and Velveeta.
  • Keep stirring over medium heat until everything has melted.
  • Serve this dip warm.

Notes

Chunky salsa is recommended to avoid a watery dip. Cut Velveeta and cream cheese in cubes to help them melt faster and evenly.
