  • 1.5 lbs sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter divided
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary leaves, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped

Parmesan Cream Sauce

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • Season the steak cubes with salt and pepper.
  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter. Once the butter has melted, add the steak in a single layer.
  • Cook the steak bites for about 3-4 minutes, turning to brown all sides until they reach the desired doneness. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter. Add the minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, and parsley, sautéing for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Return the steak bites to the skillet, toss to coat them in the garlic herb butter, and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
  • In a separate skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat.
  • Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a gentle simmer. Stir occasionally.
  • Add the grated Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, stirring until the cheese has melted and the sauce is smooth.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste. Allow the sauce to simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it thickens slightly.
  • Pour the Parmesan cream sauce over the steak bites in the skillet or serve it on the side as a dipping sauce. Garnish with additional parsley, if desired, and serve immediately.
