Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, diced Use boneless, skinless chicken for best texture and results.
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 3 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced Don’t skip the garlic. It is magic!
  • 2 tablespoon honey Balance sweetness to taste.
  • ½ cup bbq sauce Adjust sweetness as needed.
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions
 

  • In a skillet over medium heat, heat the oil. Add the diced chicken, salt, pepper, and onion powder. Stir and cook over medium-high heat until the chicken is completely cooked through.
  • Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside. Add the butter and garlic, then cook for 30 seconds on medium-low heat. Add in the honey, BBQ sauce, and apple cider vinegar.
  • Add the cooked chicken back into the skillet and stir the coated chicken in the sauce.
  • Toast the tortillas on another skillet until crisp then add the chicken to it along with your favorite toppings. Enjoy!

Notes

Refrigerate any leftover tacos in airtight containers for up to 2-3 days. Reheat over medium heat in a skillet until warmed.
