Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast or thighs, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1.5 tablespoons olive oil
  • 0.75 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.75 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.75 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1.5 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 0.33 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.33 cup mustard
  • 0.25 cup honey
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • pinch of chili powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 450°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Add chicken to the pan, drizzle with olive oil, and coat with spices and flour.
  • Spread evenly and bake for 15–18 minutes until cooked through.
  • Mix sauce ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
  • Toss hot chicken with sauce until fully coated.
  • Serve immediately with desired sides.

Notes

Use chicken thighs for extra juiciness. Adjust honey or mustard to taste. Best served fresh but stores well for meal prep.
