Ingredients

Fudge Ingredients

  • 2 cups White Chocolate Chips Use high-quality for best results
  • 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk Provides creaminess and sweetness
  • 1 cup Eggnog Flavor base; substitute with heavy cream and extra nutmeg if necessary
  • ½ cup Unsalted Butter Adds richness and smooth mouthfeel

  • 1 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg Use fresh grated for enhanced flavor
  • ½ teaspoon Ground Cinnamon Optional depending on preference
  • 1 pinch Salt Balances sweetness

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy lifting.
  • In a medium saucepan over low-medium heat, combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, eggnog, and unsalted butter. Stir constantly for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and melted.
  • Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract, ground nutmeg, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt until fully incorporated.
  • Pour the warm fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading evenly with a spatula. Optionally, sprinkle additional ground nutmeg on top.
  • Place the dish in the refrigerator and chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • Once set, lift the fudge from the dish using the parchment paper overhang, cut into squares, and enjoy!

Notes

Use fresh grated nutmeg for the best flavor impact. You can substitute eggnog with heavy cream plus extra nutmeg if desired. Store fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
