Ingredients
  

Sausage Mixture

  • 1 pound hot pork sausage
  • 8 ounce cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups Bisquick baking mix Do not pack down
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Add more if desired

Instructions
 

Baking Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350F degrees. Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • In the bowl of a stand mixer, mix together hot pork sausage and cream cheese until combined.
  • Add in Bisquick baking mix and stir until combined.
  • Add shredded cheddar cheese and stir until combined.
  • Scoop up meat mixture and form into 1-inch balls and place on baking sheet.
  • Refrigerate baking sheets for 10 minutes to chill.
  • Once chilled, bake for about 25 minutes. Then serve!

Notes

For best results, measure Bisquick like flour - spoon it into the measuring cup until full without packing down.
