Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter melted
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish or line a baking sheet.
  • Cut each biscuit into 4–6 evenly sized pieces.
  • In a bowl, mix granulated sugar and cinnamon until well combined.
  • Melt butter and stir in vanilla extract.
  • Dip each biscuit piece into melted butter, then coat thoroughly in cinnamon sugar.
  • Arrange coated pieces in the prepared baking dish, leaving slight space between them.
  • Sprinkle brown sugar evenly over the top.
  • Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Whisk powdered sugar with milk or cream until smooth to create glaze.

Notes

Use evenly sized biscuit pieces for consistent baking. Serve immediately for the best crispy and soft texture contrast. Adjust glaze thickness by adding more or less milk as needed.
