Ingredients
  

Balsamic Glaze

  • 1 cup Balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Brown sugar

Crostini

  • 1 loaf Baguette Cut into 1.5 - 2 cm slices
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil For coating
  • 200 grams Emborg French Brie Sliced into thin strips
  • 100 grams Prosciutto Topped on crostini
  • 1 cup Cranberry sauce
  • ½ cup Walnuts Chopped for sprinkling

Instructions
 

Balsamic Glaze

  • Add the balsamic vinegar and brown sugar to a saucepan on low heat.
  • Let the sauce simmer while stirring frequently until thickened.
  • Remove from the heat and allow to cool, thickening as it cools.

Crostini

  • Cut the baguette into 1.5 – 2 cm slices and lightly coat with olive oil.
  • Bake for 8 minutes at 190°C until lightly toasted.
  • Slice the Emborg French Brie and place on the toasted baguette.
  • Top with prosciutto and cranberry sauce.
  • Sprinkle with walnuts and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
