Ingredients
  

  • ½ lemon lemon rinsed thoroughly, seeds removed
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger peeled, chopped
  • 1 large banana frozen or fresh
  • ¼ teaspoon ground turmeric
  • ¾ cup almond milk or any plant-based milk

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy. For a thinner consistency, add more milk.

Notes
