Ingredients
  

  • 2 slices whole grain bread toasted
  • ½ whole avocado sliced
  • 2 leaves lettuce Boston Bibb or butter lettuce preferred
  • 2 to 3 slices fresh tomato
  • kosher salt for sprinkling
  • mayonnaise to taste

Instructions
 

  • Toast two slices of whole grain bread. While the bread is toasting, slice your tomato and avocado.
  • Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of toasted bread. Add a layer of sliced avocado and sprinkle with kosher salt. Add lettuce and sliced tomatoes, sprinkling a little salt over the tomatoes too.
  • Top with the second slice of toasted bread. Cut the sandwich in half if desired. Enjoy!
